WeightwellTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Weightwell app. By using it, you agree to them.
What Weightwell is — and isn't
Weightwell helps you record and follow a plan that a doctor has already prescribed, and lets your clinic see your progress. It does not diagnose, does not recommend or change doses, and does not replace consultations with your doctor. Only your doctor can change your plan.
Not for emergencies
Weightwell is not monitored around the clock and must not be used in an emergency. If you have severe or worrying symptoms, call 995 or go to the nearest emergency department, then contact your clinic.
Using it with a clinic
Your activation code is personal. Please don't share it. Your treatment relationship is with your clinic, which is responsible for the care it provides. Contact your clinic about your plan, appointments and fees.
Using it on your own
In on-your-own mode, your records are kept only on your phone. We can't recover them if you delete the app or lose your phone.
Your responsibilities
- Record information accurately, and correct anything that's wrong.
- Keep your phone secure, for example with a passcode.
- Don't misuse the service or try to access other people's information.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Weightwell available and accurate but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Reminders depend on your phone's settings. We may update the app and these terms; we'll post changes here.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Weightwell is provided "as is", and MedPath is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Weightwell 是什么、不是什么
Weightwell 帮你记录并执行医生已经开具的计划，并让诊所看到你的进展。它不做诊断、不建议或调整剂量，也不能代替医生面诊。计划只能由你的医生修改。
紧急情况请勿使用
Weightwell 不是 24 小时有人值守的服务，不能用于紧急情况。如有严重或令你担心的症状，请拨打 995 或前往最近的急诊，之后再联系诊所。
绑定诊所使用
激活码仅限本人使用，请勿分享。你的治疗关系在你与诊所之间，诊所对其提供的医疗服务负责。计划、预约和费用问题请联系诊所。
自己使用
自用模式下，记录只存在你的手机上；删除 App 或手机丢失后，我们无法帮你找回。
你需要做到
- 如实记录，发现记错请及时更正。
- 保护好你的手机，例如设置锁屏密码。
- 不滥用服务，不尝试访问他人的信息。
服务可用性与变更
我们尽力保持 Weightwell 可用、准确，但不能保证服务不中断；提醒是否送达也取决于你的手机设置。我们可能更新 App 和本条款，变更会在此页公布。
责任
在法律允许的范围内，Weightwell 按「现状」提供，MedPath 不对因使用本服务产生的间接或后果性损失负责。本条款不限制法律上不能限制的责任。
适用法律
本条款适用新加坡法律。
